4 stars: Great app and carries a lot of features. Super annoying at first when I was using this app, because all media sent to me in chat was automatically downloaded into my phone and I didn't know how to stop it, even after going through settings. But the one thing I can't understand is why it's so difficult to add contacts. Very annoying.
4 stars: Has been reliable since day one. I don't use this app consistently and I don't know why lol have been on and off for way more than 10 years it feels like! It's perfect for my friends whom have apple device. Because im part of the dark side and use Samsung Android devices. So we cant video chat reliably because I don't use social media (Facebook etc). So this is perfect for keeping touch! Thanks for the reliable app!
3 stars: It had been fine and easy to use, but then sending videos stopped working properly since a few months back - no matter what the size of the video, it won't upload more than the first 11MBs, then it cuts off. This is terribly frustrating and annoying, as it makes sharing videos extremely difficult and offputting. Were it not for that it would be awesome - Please fix!
