5 stars: Was missing reading books. Life gets in the way sometimes, now I can fully embrace it again while listening wherever I go. Great selection, prices are competitive and I really like the credit option each month. If you do not have time to sit down to enjoy a book, audible is a great alternative.
5 stars: I didn't know I was still being charged for a monthy subscription over an entire year, found out today and called in, not a problem, was refunded the whole year with out any questions or judgement. 3 stars: Used to love this app. I've used it for years for my whole family and purchased many extra books, outside of my audio credit. Now they are forcing you to purchase 3 credits, instead of giving you the option to buy one individual book (outside of my monthly credit.) This resulted in me finding a new app instead of buying more from them. Not cool.
