5 stars: Simple to use, intuitive, and easy to find what you're looking for. Descriptions are accurate. Likewise, ordering works smoothly. Never had any problems with deliveries. Returns are easy (but I've only ever needed to return one thing). The whole experience is a pleasure. All is good.

5 stars: I've shopped at Nordstrom for years. They have high quality products and have always stood behind them. Exchanges or returns are never a problem. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for either that 'something special' or something classic that will last over time.
4 stars: Good app but not great. Wish you could favorite items within the search page vs having to click into the item. Also constantly signs me out even though I have requested to stay signed-in.
