5 stars: Works flawlessly. Of all the smart devices I own and all the apps that come with them, this is the best one I've used. It always works. No constant restarting, no logging out and back in, no delay, no issues. I will be using this smart plug brand for all future plug purchases.
5 stars: This is my second switch I've installed and I learned something new this time. When you're trying to establish a connection make sure you're not streaming radio or video on your phone at the same time. I was listening to the radio on my phone and couldn't get it to connect in three tries. Then once i closed the radio app it immediately connected.
5 stars: No issues, easy setup, easy to use and intuitive interface. I really like that these swotches have local control so you won't run into any issues like with wemo where their servers were down for over a day and you couldn't turn your switches on/off while on the same network. Will definitely be replacing more of my switches with these in the future.
3 stars: Nov. 2022 rev. Although the Appp has worked well for programing switches, it is not very good for programming the Kasa variable color LED light bulbs. It is virtually useless in programing changes to color and brightness at set times through the day. Definitely needs an update!......App does work well for programming \u0026 controlling both wired-in \u0026 plug-in switches.
