5 stars: This is the best real estate app you could possibly find. Both for investors, rents or home buyers. Prices are very accurate with using common sense (adjusting for condition of the property). Their rental service for landlords for American's are fantastic (not so good for Canadians). Rents are very accurate. We use it extensively for buying, selling and renting. See its many features.
4 stars: Pretty good app. My only complaint is that their algorithm is a little slow to catch up with what you are looking for. Oh, and also the saved searches seem to get mixed up.
3 stars: Miserable if you want to look around at properties on the map. What makes it horrible, if you see a red dot in a condo complex, you get every unit in the building, what you cannot access is the actual property for sale. You can zoom out to earth view and it works great, but it's hard to pan around a neighborhood. Fix the UX please

5 stars: I really and truly enjoy using this app for sight seeing homes all over the country. Odd pass time, I know. The app is very easy to use, allowing you to set up filters if you choose to find exactly what you are looking for. You can check out what you search for by scrolling across and clicking on the homes you want a closer look at. All the information is there,easily accessible as well. Easy peasy
