3 stars: It was not easy to update the app even after turning off the parental controls. Also this is the first shopping app that I use which is without ANY opportunity to get an advice or an assistance, no customer support option at all.

4 stars: Everything is perfect, the only problem is that application doesn't support English language! Its difficult to understand product specification! Im using wildberry website with chrome translation and then for buying trying to use product code in search box of application!
3 stars: All good except that I couldn't log in with my phone number (registered before), there was a message - phone number already in use. I could not solve this problem with support team. So I had to use my wife's account
4 stars: Great service but needs an English version otherwise search facility is poor when relying on Google Translate and the app is useless due to language. It's not hard to add a language guys, there's thousands of expats use this great service.
