4 stars: After selling my old car, I had its RFID terminated. Following that, when I used my smart tag at tolls on my new car, I noticed that the amount charged was deducted from the Touch N Go card and not from PayDirect anymore. Why is this so?
3 stars: Dear TnG, I cant login to my e-wallet account. The app keep telling me that my phone number was not registered. Then when i try to register again with the existing phone number, it said that my phone number was already registered. Please help to rectify. Thank you

5 stars: After completing the survey, have you made a 'check in reward'? It's the best. The app is getting better. I have one good idea to share. That is touch n go toll. Try the update again, anyone who uses toll road. Can scan using tng e wallet, and tng card is no longer needed. Definitely the best. Keep it up
