5 stars: I have tried many IPTV apps and IPTV smarters is my favourite. Minimum buffering, design, user friendly. I cannot comment on customer service because I never had a problem with it. Worth to try for everyone who is looking for a good IPTV player.
5 stars: Great app and the recent updates were really welcome. It really needs a way of being able to backup and restore you settings/favorites! It can take a long time to get the channels right and then can be lost or not synced across different devices! Please add this ***edit*** This has now been added, thank you and well done devs 👏
4 stars: I am only giving 4 and not 5 because I am paying for pro and I thought it would save my preferences into my account so I could have the same in my different equipments, but no. I have to save my preferences and favorites on each equipment... Too bad..
4 stars: Overall experience is good, but for the last week or so I start the app which lets me get as far as the channels page then shuts down and reverts to the intro page. This sometimes happens more than once. Frustrating!!!, hence only 4 *
3 stars: Casting features (chromecast) works way more often tham before.., in some titles doesnt work but very few right now.., and while casting.., cant change the lenguage... or put subtitles or change to the next episode.. you have cancel the cast change the new episode and cast it again.
