5 stars: Hate to leave a 1-star review for an app/service I otherwise love, but since the new update I haven't been able to log into the app. I can log in on the web and my other phone (iPhone) just fine but the Android app seems to be completely broken. I emailed support over a week ago and have not gotten a response.
3 stars: App was fantastic, keyword WAS. Used App for 1 month before I bought the go pro statis, 3 yr. subscription. Pro app used every week for a year. Recorded many hikes. Had many more planned trips but all history and plan gone. Can't download for off trails or terrain maps. Have emailed alltrails 2x with no response. Very disappointed in the app. Would like my money back but we all know that won't happen...
4 stars: Love this app, we've been doing a 52 hike challenge and All Trails has helped us find new trails each week. Easy to use, helps keep you on trail in areas with multiple trails dissecting each other. Can't believe how many trail where basically in our own backyard. Love that you are able to read and leave comments for individual trails, track your own hikes and share location with others.
3 stars: If I wasn't paying for this app then it probably would be a five star... I'm a visual person so I like to look at the photos of the trails before I go on a hike. It helps me remember the trail if I've hiked it before or helps me prepare for a trail if I haven't been on it yet. This feature almost never works. Usually I can get it to work onc...
