5 stars: Very good app, easy to use. Like the ability to one touch my appointment into my google calendar. It remembers previous bookings and suggests the same again so you don't have to search for what you want. All in all, a quick and easy booking app.
3 stars: The app is useful during the current COVID climate however a feature should be added to let the business know if you are running slightly late. I got a text message saying I'd be charged for a no show on my next visit even though I was only 15 minutes late. At the moment the only options for a booking is to cancel.
5 stars: easy to book, amend or cancel appointments. loads of different services available and the reminder function works well. never had a problem with the app.
5 stars: Excellent technician and amazing results after the first session itself. Definitely recommend it to people looking for full body laser. The machine used is high tech and very advanced. No gel used and therefore no mess. Loved it!
