4 stars: When you order something from this app, check twice.Strange service. I have ordered a lot of food from Biedronka. Most of the food didn't arrive. I was busy and did not pay attention to the number of bags at first. After that, I wanted to call the courier, but it is impossible to do this.The most annoying thing is that I'm in quarantine. P.S. finally I was able to contact customer support team, they promise to refund missed products.

5 stars: The app was great for my first order in Osh, Kyrgyzstan. The order arrived earlier than expected and the delivery guy was...meh but it is to be expected for free delivery. I was initially suspicious because of all the bad reviews but it was worth it. I only ordered because a friend had ordered previously.
4 stars: It's a good app but there's definitely room for improvement. The chat customer support is great and really friendly from my experience. The interface is nice and easy to use but some of things under the places are a bit odd, probably how they set it up - also the translations are hilarious
