3 stars: This a good app to use to get a general feel for what's out there. But be careful. Not everything on it is correct or honest. Plus, posters are allowed to add properties without important details. Sometimes even addresses are purposely invalid or incorrect. 5 stars: It's good but it could be better. It would be nice to expand the lot line satellite image. The information provided on home sales seems pretty good but for land sales there's much to be desired. That's probably due to limited information available to Zillow from the listing agent. Also the filters are questionable. When I ask for lots that are waterfront sometimes I get stuff that is near water or views water but is not on water.
5 stars: Im on zillow constantly and finally got the APP. Makes all the difference! So easy to use and can enlarge pictures which makes it easier to see details and get a better idea of the layout of a home; responds quickly, easy to share and makes notes on individual homes. Makes hone searching an enjoyable process. I highly recommend the app.
