5 stars: When first installed the app was perfect, but as of late I'm having issues with entering PIN codes remotely. Vivint says the problem is with the app and the problem is still there. Unfortunately, if it's not corrected, I will have no choice but to terminate my service with Vivint and get a different security system Update: Vivint came through and corrected the problem I was having. I'm in love again with the Vivint App
5 stars: This app is surprisingly good. Its fast, responsive, and functional. There were a few times where the app got hung, but in every case, the action was performed, just the UI froze. A quick close and open and it's good as new.
5 stars: So easy to control our home. Security of seeing everything from my phone is great. From seeing if alarm is set, doors unlocked/locked or even open/closed and being able to control our thermostat is wonderful
4 stars: Great when it works. Had some vandalism, unfortunately that was one of the times it decided not to record. Someone stole a package off my porch, again the system was taking a siesta.
4 stars: I wish the notifications alerted me on my phone like my ring. I feel that I get the information after the event. It should be more proactive in notifying me.
5 stars: Love seeing ehats going on around my home, When packages arrive and what time my kids leave and get home safely! High quality video and sould! And i can adjust the tempature from anywhere!!! Absolutly reccommend!!!
