5 stars: I've been using this for about 4 months now and I have had 0 issues with the app itself. It has never had a problem. I love the workout programs. It really pushes me and I love the workout plan it creates for you. Helps keep you motivated.
5 stars: Perfect for a don't like the gym but want to stay in shape. Easy to follow and very varied. Like the stretches before and after main workouts. I've set it a large challenge so will report back after the 30 days it thinks will be enough! Looks good so far!!
5 stars: this is a great way to get back into it. I've done two workouts and each one is just hard enough to remind me if how out of shape I've become. Short enough for me to get it done before work. Workouts get my heart rate up and I don't feel like I'm killing myself. I wish it showed Modifications if I'm not flexible enough to do the exercise tho.
5 stars: The animations make it super easy to follow, new workout combinations make it fun and not so routine. Well worth it. I am very satisfied.
