3 stars: Seems poorly integrated. The medical declaration pretends to work for international visitors, yet doesn't list USA or UK as nationalities and the domestic travel utility has no english translation, so can't be filled out.
4 stars: The number of covid cases in Vietnam is so low that you wouldn't know whether the app works. After using it over 1 year in Vietnam's biggest city, I still haven't met any potential covid patient according to the app. It is a convenient source of covid information.

5 stars: Before dropping some 1-3 stars reviews just because it does not work, remember that this app only works in Vietnam and it is used for Vietnamese people or people who visit Vietnam. So it will not work outside Vietnam.

5 stars: I rated the app 5 stars because everyone should install it. It does not collect as much of your data as many other apps and it stores the data locally too. The Bluetooth connectivity is battery draining but in some senses still not as much as McAfee or some other apps I allow to run in the background.
