3 stars: 3 is a generous score considering the app does not update you if there is a issue with a driving picking up your food till it's due to arrive. If my lunch is at 12:10 and I order at it for the set time. It is not acceptable to be over 30 mins late with a delivery. They gave me a $10 credit towards next time when in actuality they should have done it on the current order. It's there way to ensure you order through them again. Not right!
4 stars: It's perfect when you need a little help with food ideas and short on time to prepare meals. It's great for me because I have two toddlers and going out to eat isn't much fun let alone relaxing so it's hard to enjoy meals but with door dash I simply get to try all foods from my own table at home. I have noticed that we don't get our drinks with our orders which is the only problem I've has reoccur.
4 stars: Customer service is great. The app needs work. Closing times are off, not sure why the delivery charge doesn't go to the drivers? The app lags a bunch and doesn't always show all the available restaurants. When it works it works well, when it doesn't it has literally taken me hours to send thru one order.
5 stars: For foodies mainly. If you're a casual user, the fees and such may be a bit for you. Once in a while is no issue. The dash pass has saved me more than it cost tho, and there are usually some pretty good deals for the pass. Free food with your order from somewhere, or up to 30%off your total bill. Waves...
