3 stars: It looks like the security issue has been resolved. However this app still has issues. One is that when I record my lunch time insulin dose at 12:15, later the time has been changed to match Breakfast at 7:30. I catch it and change it back, but shouldn't a medical app record things correctly? This error occurs repeatedly over the last several weeks. Still hate the user interface for recording meds.
4 stars: Should be 5 stars but setting up the meter was terrible. Constant can't connect to meter messages. No reason for this. Uninstalled twice and then still not until 3rd attempt did it sync completely with my meter. I guess you need to be persistent and patient. 🤓 Great functions available. Love that Dr can access meter readings, so no more worrying about keeping a log to bring to the Dr appointment. Well worth the download 👍
4 stars: I've not used the diabetes education features. I'm happy that the app will capture the BG data while the bloody test strips is still in the meter. I just start the app immediately after testing.
4 stars: This is a great app, but I wish that it would sync with the LOSEIT app like it does FITBIT and/or keep the food Input, it would save a lot of time. The coaching and information is GREAT.
5 stars: Thanks for looking into the issue. Problem has been resolved and onetouch reveal plus is syncing correctly at this time.
