3 stars: Update: the app is getting better. It's keeping me signed in for the most part and usually takes less than a minute to load. Target app load time should be ten seconds or less. Accuracy of notifications and alerts is about 70%. Keep improving the app!

4 stars: Worked great, for a week. Evening of the 27th, all connected services stopped working other than the odometer, and it only updates when directly connected to the car. Update 6/5: Toyota support was able to refresh and reset my account. All features are working properly again.
3 stars: App pops up randomly when BT is connected. Then apps on the vehicle only work when the Toyota app is in the foreground. Toyota app also randomly crashes which then stops the infotainment apps from working. While posting this review, the Toyota app overtook my phone screen 4 times!! Correction 5 times!! FIX THIS!!
5 stars: It works virtually flawless on my 2020 Tacoma TRD 4X4 Off Road. I find the remote locking function the most useful, but that's just me. All the functions are handy to have.
5 stars: The first version of this app was better. Now when you start your car as soon as you get into it it turns off. I wish they went back to the first version it was so much better!
