3 stars: for version 5.146.0 after I updated from the previous version, it was difficult for me to get orders because the latest version was very slow because it was heavy, and the application often logged out by itself so it interfered with activities.
3 stars: App kept crashing before making a delivery when I had the expected waiting time thing enabled. Had to restart the app and quickly disable it before it brings me to the delivery screen.
4 stars: Most drivers are under auto accept. When new job comes in why app still need drivers to press OK button. It's so frustrating, esp when we are sending the present riders to their destination. And don't show drivers that rider is given discount on the app and wants us to press the OK button again. We don't want to see that. That's between grab and riders. Pls do away with the OK button.
5 stars: Very good ehailing driver app. User interface are well functioning and help driver doing job much easier.
5 stars: The app sometime hangs or lags unknowingly. The in app map is not accurate. Heat map is irrelevant and do not waste time traveling to the hot zones. Fares are still not worth the travel time into the hot zones.
5 stars: Its a nice apps. But now give more passengers. And dont be unfair in ratings. Just give lots of passenger.
3 stars: Navigator can be inaccurate. Apps some time shut down by itself.
