4 stars: Good application, free text \u0026 chat for N. America, but you can't talk longer minutes, it will disconnect in between, you need to call back, otherwise it is good application for someone who can't afford phone plan.
4 stars: 4 stars for messaging but needs better voicemail feature and sometimes the person you're texting doesn't get you message for a while. Other than that I like it.

3 stars: So far, it seems to work alright, but I don't like apps that attempt to hijack my phone. It acts like it's the most important thing in my phone, and don't appreciate that. I've also noticed that unless you let it be the default, then you have to keep the app open all the time in order to get calls and messages to come thru... Having apps open like that bogs down the system. Super Irritating.
5 stars: I use this as my business line. The only thing I would change is the ability to personalize ribbons and notification sounds.
