3 stars: After I updated the app last June 19, it keeps on crashing. And also, when I open the app, it would take alot of time for loading the app as well as loading the channels I go. It was not like that before the update happened. I uninstalled and installed it twice hoping it to be okay, but there was no changes at all. I honestly don't know what to do anymore. 4 stars: This app is very useful!! I am able to enjoy everything, it is an amazing way to communicate and socialize with the idols, however i cannot suddenly see any live anymore. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and close and open the app but yet again it won't work, maybe there is a bug with my phone or i have maybe been doing something wrong.
