5 stars: Love this app, it's pretty amazing. Very versatile, it can do so many different things. I am using it more and more often. Have a pretty good navigation system in my car, yet I always turn to Google maps. Easy to find businesses, check out new places, get recommendations, I even track my daily activities with it, including my workout distances. Five stars!

3 stars: I initially loved the versatility of maps. I am a courier and used maps to map out my entire delivery route of 150 deliveries. However lately maps have been malfunctioning. Most notable is it gets stuck. You will be driving and not notice its frozen and will pass streets and freeway exits. It was my best friend but of late has proven unreliable... 😢
3 stars: It's time for some major improvements. Need to be able to: 1. save itineraries (not just destinations). 2. Start an itinerary by shortcut on home screen. Think 1 icon for multiple stops on day 1, another for day 2, etc. 3. Start same using voice command. 4. Create itinerary on laptop and sync to phone. As you can tell, I'm tired of creating errors at last minute again and again.
4 stars: I love this app generally but for whatever reason, it will have me going in a circle to get to a place sometimes. It also has instructed me to turn left off of a street but that would cause me to possibly have an accident by trying to jump a median! Nothing ...
