3 stars: It could be more intuitive. It takes me a while every time to figure out where to go for some settings. When on auto ac/heat it does not work well with alexa. Cannot set temp point. Must tell it exact range between high and low and still does not do it correctly. As an alexa device, terrible. I disabled and use a dot nearby now. Could not hear us, would not connect half the time. \
3 stars: Thermostat works just dandy, used to like the app untill recent update. App still works but what's with the ads? Not cool. I could understand if this was an app from a third party, but it's on your own app for your own particular product! Very distracting and annoying.
3 stars: App operation isn't smooth, and many times I have to perform an action twice to get the thermostat to accept it. Also loses connection to both my thermostats more often than it should.
5 stars: Very neat thermostat, easy to use. The walk around sensor is a GREAT idea. Our den is always a little warmer because of the distance from our unit, so having the sensor allows us to stay cool without two thermostats.
3 stars: I'm not sure if its my network too slow to react to changes but I kinda notice it takes a while before the new setting kicks in.
3 stars: It's 2020 and the app for a smart thermostat doesn't show System Monitor Graphs. We have to resort to the non mobile friendly website. Shameful.
