3 stars: A bit pricey compared to this one particular app but the service is good. Other landmark cannot be found/ locate using your app. Just keep your good service up.
4 stars: The pin that reflects on the driver's app is not the same pin that reflects on mine. And it results that the driver would ask for additional which i think unreasonable because its the app's mistake. Hoping that you'll fix this. Thank you
5 stars: Very nice app! I tried to book last week and I was amazed since the driver is so kind. Though it is so hard to booked nowadays due to crisis. I appreciate when a driver accept my order, very helpful! 2 bookings I did it went very good! Thank you so much for your help, Lalamove!
4 stars: The app is great but the computation of driver's service is different from what is indicated from the app. Please find a way to fix this issue. Some driver is getting additional payment from the customers without you knowing.
5 stars: This app layout is clean *compared to GRAB, lots of unnecessary advertisements* \u0026 super simple to use. Great for idiot prove ! I totally recommend it. Gotta be more patience to hail a driver at busy hour, u may need to add extra priority fee $$$.
