3 stars: The app is constantly loosing the track of the drivers, it corrects itself after (frequent) freezes after around one minute so it's a bit too much. Currently I have trouble to even open the app. The service is fine, the app bugs are terrible.
4 stars: I only ever pay cash for taxi. I don't trust this or any other indie app to give it my bank account, so I was not scammed with fake promo codes and drivers taking commands then cancelling them and getting paid for their trouble. The app it's a lot less intuitive and harder to use than Clever, but hidden deep inside its strange menus are all the facilities Clever delighted us with. It takes just a little patience and curiosity to find them.
5 stars: As a disabled person I find this app very useful. I work in a location off a main road and this saves me having to try to walk to a main road. Drivers are nice and helpful and the cabs are clean.
5 stars: Relaxing, good conversation and reasonable price👍even if ne taxi cannot make your destination, a second taxi driver is straight away on the ball to pick you up. They make sure everyone is safe and sound x
