5 stars: So many of my friends \u0026 colleagues use the ASOS app. This weekend I thought I would join \u0026 check it out. I enjoying shopping in stores but I work part of my week at home as a freelance illustrator, sometimes it's easier, more convenient. The app is really easy to navigate. The brands are great \u0026 the prices competitive. I like that about Asos.
5 stars: Always great shopping on your App. Just disappointed I'm not able to get my size many times. Also some of the offers do not last long. I was interested in another dress to celebrate my special birthday, but by the time I was able to order it at the reduced price it had gone back to the original price. An alert to the customer about the price reduction and how long it will last, especially if the item is on your wish list, would be helpful.
4 stars: This app is great! I love shopping on here and has a huge range of branded clothes and they have usual sales. The only down thing is that your clothes are only held for an hour in your bag so you feel rushed to buy, but apart from that love this app thanks asos x
5 stars: I've used the app for a couple years now, the premium delivery is a savour! Especially with the super easy returns! I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the customer services team, who deal with queries and problems swiftly! Thank you Asos for everything you do!
