3 stars: I really hate that you are now required a card on file. Due to being a victim of identity theft the last thing I want to do is store a card on file. I have used this app to book appointments for 2 years now. There has to be an alternative. Please!

5 stars: I love this app because it's so convenient, you can book your appointment directly rather than having to call in, and you know the price will be up front.
4 stars: The app wasn't very easy for a first time user. Was difficult to change from being a stylist to a customer to book my 1st appointment.
3 stars: The service is convenient. However, there is a bug. After selecting a stylist, when I clicked on the map to view the stylist location, I get an error page. Select the back button and the app closes. I then had reopen the app and start my search all over again. Happened several times. Btw my phone is a Samsung note 9. Thanks.

I also like that StyleSeat recommends services and time frams based on my past appointments.
