4 stars: I've cleared my cache and restarted my phone to fix the issue with the Intel missions but nothing I have tried has fixed the problem I'm having with starting rallies. I can still participate in other members rallies but every time I start one it tells me that it was cancelled. Other than this issue and occasional lag I really enjoy this game and am looking forward to more gameplay.
5 stars: A great game. Best enjoyed by being in an alliance. There is heaps to do in game but can be enjoyed as a slow growth building game too. The leaders of alliances keep things mostly friendly and there is plenty of banter if you want to find it. Unless it is a kill event. Then it is every person for themselves without being permanently destroyed.
