3 stars: I like the app itself. My biggest complaint is the accuracy of the valuation of my home. It has gone from the 300's to the 500's and everywhere in between. The problem is when it changes the graph line completely moves. So some days I overpaid for my house \u0026 some days I got a great deal. The current price should not change historic price. They should probably select a different valuation method.

5 stars: Appears to be the only real estate app that cares about buyer user experience, and they are crushing it. Really high quality and easy to use. I have browsed hundreds of properties on this app in multiple states and have not yet seen any that are mislabeled or miscategorized. Really extensive high quality filtering system allows hiding irrelevant properties. Relevant notifications by default. Love the \
