3 stars: Couldn't work out straight away why it was telling me I already had an account with my phone number, so uninstalled the app, asked a friend to show me and managed to sign in, not very clear instructions on how to start up, also it took a while to work out how to sign in, once I had signed out.
4 stars: This app is feature rich and very convenient. However there is a serious flaw. You are not protected if you inadvertently enter your CVV instead of the number of days you wish to park. There should be a mechanism to notify the user that they are entering an extremely large number of days.
5 stars: (Seattle resident) How easy it is to use this app! In less than 20 seconds I can pay and go from inside my car. It knows where I'm parking and having my car saved in the database for every use makes this process so smooth. Registration was also without any stress. You can also re-up your time from the app (it will text you a reminder) and it saves paper! No complaints, time and resource saver thank you!
4 stars: This app is simple and does what it's designed to do. I've used it a fair bit over the last few years as it was the default for my uni. The only thing I'd like to see added would be the ability to pay in fractions of an hour. If I have a one hour lecture I have to pay for 2 hours when 1¼ would be enough for me to get to and from the theatre. What can I say, I'm a student and that extra dollar could be going towards ramen.
