4 stars: Great way to keep track of weight, sleep and health! You can time how much time you fast and it tells you the stages! Only thing it needs is a water Piller to keep track of water intake, but good overall.
5 stars: Very clean interface, snappy and intuitive to use. The uses of this app are also remarkable for something that was just released, calculating biological age and expected lifespan, being able to track life points with other people in circles, and numerous other metrics you can track to keep yourself on track for a healthier lifestyle.
5 stars: This app is great! LIFE Extend is a great wellness tool centered around five pillars that are backed by proven scientific evidence so I can see where I need to improve. I enjoy the fun Life Points competition with friends in my circle and doing a little bit everyday to expand my health span! Definitely sharing with friends and family.
