5 stars: I love this app. I have been using it for 6 months and I can see a progress.
4 stars: So far one of the best apps I've used if you are looking for guided training. A few things I would suggest, allow users to record reps completed and weights used (when appropriate). Allow users to generate progress reports. With regards to receipts, you need more variety like keto and Paleo.
5 stars: I really liked the app. It shows people have been working hard to make it in this level. Liked the animated exercise with the 3 d view. Plus I liked how the music plays and the lady talks during my exercise as an encouragement. Keep it up developers. You deserve thumbs up.
5 stars: Actually the best one so far... ugh I'm in love with this. Very detailed, appealing, step by step, simple enough to stay with the process but sooooo much fun. DON'T EVER DELETE THIS PLEASE! Is there anything I can download to my phone lbs. 😂 Thank you guys!!😁💚😁💚😁
3 stars: Freezes a lot, it tricks you and its not worth the money. Think about it, all of these apps trick you for a first go but, YouTube is filled with free workouts. I do it all the time, I try a new app it doesn't work as well as the Nike app so I revert back to what I know. This is a waste of time and money.
