3 stars: Though feature-rich, the app takes too long, sometimes over 15 minutes, to sync with Honor Band-4. Often, it fails to connect to the device over bluetooth also. The developers should look into these issues for a smoother experience. Moreover, as there are not much watch- faces pre- installed with the device, providing additional watch- faces through the app will be highly appreciated.
3 stars: Wondering why the app is not registering Heart Rate data with Google fit app and also the weekly reports neither any achievements are being recorded. Since there is no cloud data storage, once the app is reset or we reinstalled or we changed device means the entire data is lost forever. Using Honor watch magic feels stupid in front of Band 5 users in terms of features and price it offers. I can understand \
4 stars: Less than intuitive, but it does everything I need. Does a good job of tracking the data I want when I hike (heart rate, altitude, distance, etc.), which is why I bought the band itself. The lack of third party apps for the band is disappointing, but hopefully that will change.
3 stars: I have honor band 5, and I have some issues with the app. 1) Heart rate doesn't sync with the app. 2) I don't have the watch face option in the app. 3) No login for Huawei ID anywhere. Please FIX the bugs/glitches or whatever so we can get what our devices can offer. Looking forward to a better update...
