3 stars: The app needs work. The music available is pretty good, but the app is inconsistent between my devices (which are both the same os and manufacutrer). Also, it is maddening to have 2 of the same album listed and not be able to delete the duplicate. For what I pay for the subscription, it ought to work better than this. I may go back to Apple music.
3 stars: Good service but the application is still too chaotic and clunky. I want meat and potatoes for listening to my music. Who has the time for all of the graphics and clutter? Im not looking at my phone. I'm working, walking, driving or. using Alexa. Amazon needs rethink the app itself to be light and simple. It just shouldn't be that hard to just find a song to enjoy.
5 stars: My favorite music streaming app and the only one that I listen to anymore. I absolutely love that Amazon music is integrated with Dish Network (TV) bc we have surround sound hooked up to our TV which means I can listen to all of my music through the soundbar which is nothing short of A-mazing!!! Another feature I love is X-ray lyrics which allows me to sing along wow the lyrics scroll through automatically.
