5 stars: honestly love it for the meal planner its affordable not overly done and achievable and it does it for you. nice when trying to come up with easy vegan healthy meals. the excercises are also very thought out an great for an every day soul trying to improve but not knowing where to start. thank you!!!
3 stars: Love it when you can actually log in to use it. my phone updated and the app logged me out, I have been unable to re-set my password since and cannot get back in due to the password re-set not working in the app!!
5 stars: I'm amazed at the quality and quantity of the workouts and nutrition on this app. There are so many workout options, including being able to change the reps and keep track of your weights for each set AND keep notes on them too. i just can't get over how detailed and helpful this app is. 10/10
