5 stars: Simple Habit has helped me get better sleep. I love that they have ambient nature sounds, they are incredibly soothing at the end of the day. And there's the added perk of Background Sound, so my phone doesn't have to stay on with it's screen lit while I'm asleep. It shuts off after the audio clip ends, not wasting phone battery! It's pretty lovely.
5 stars: I've tried few different meditation apps and this is the first one that hasn't let me wanting more. Simple Habit is great for me because there is a variety of meditations but it is not too overwhelming. The app with recommend meditations based on mood or time of day or you can just browse the options yourself. I have found a lot of peace and motivation using this app.
4 stars: Really nice app, the UI is great and has a lot of diversity of meditations. The monthly price is a bit costly, hence not getting the 5 stars. Currently paying but considering getting back to the free version (which is quite good too tbh).
4 stars: Have been using this app for only couple of days but already want to say that this is awesome! Yes there is ads every now and then but nothing that would bother too much. I can already feel these meditations affecting positively. I will update here after few weeks if and how this changed my everyday life :) Great work guys, Cheers!
