3 stars: There isn't much to the app, just the ability to change volume and change a few programs. I wish the hearing aid would allow program changes. Also want verbal messages in the hearing aid for low battery and when a call is disconnected. Phonak is missing the boat on all these features, especially compared to Widex.
3 stars: OK but a flawed app! I have Norton Mobile's Call Blocking feature on my LG G5. Calls that are blocked by the phone still continue to ring in my Phonak hearing aid - very annoying. Also, why is only the left hearing aid activated during a call even though both hearing aids are connected to phone via Bluetooth?
3 stars: I've used this app for some time with my Samsung S8+ and found it really useful (4+ stars) I now have the S10+ and whilst I can modify hearing volumes well, when I get a telephone call, I can hear the caller but they can't hear me. I've uninstalled and re-installed to no avail.
5 stars: So far this works flawlessly (though I really don't see myself tweaking the hearing aids much as they are on auto programming). Using Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and as soon as I open the app it connects to both R \u0026 L aids. Set up was super easy. Phonak brio rc
