5 stars: After the last update, which has significantly improved in functionality, does not want to connect with my Amazwatch Stratos! Even a reset to the factory settings did not help, now I can’t use the Stratos at all because I was stuck at the stage of scanning a QR code
3 stars: No longer shows resting HR after the update. Also, strange that someone decided to replace the well-defined color system for heart rate, matching that in the watch, with a monochrome one, and thought it is good. Not to mention that the update meant all old data is lost. At least new data is there. But sometimes it takes multiple attempts to sync. Needs to be fixed.
4 stars: Things seem to be stable again. Seems like something can be done at the support end. Old \u003e Up until May ish I synched everyday. Then that became intermittent, stopped and seem to be fixed after a support request. That did not last long and synching stopped again. I was hoping with new release things might improve. But now I cannot log in or even request a new password. Currently not fit for purpose, can only hope things will improve
