3 stars: The most annoying thing is that when you want to look at a video it gives you a black screen and then it blames your connection!!! Sometimes the Ring doorbell does not pick up motion.I have it on the most sensitive feature and the WIFI is top notch. Also I wish their was an easier way to look up dates instead of having to scroll through all of the notifications.
3 stars: Ring is not that great. I can't rarely use the live feature and when someone is at the door 9 out of 10 times I can't see neither who is at the door. so what is the point then. And is not my internet because I have 100mgps plan and the router is probably 30 ft or less from the doorbell with only two walls in between.
4 stars: 8/7 update: lag seems to be significantly better after latest patch, but still could be improved on. Please fix your app's lag. This is the slowest loading app that I've got on my phone right now. Having to wait 10-15 seconds for the app to load just isn't acceptable by today's standards.
3 stars: Hardware is good but there app has issues , on my note 8 whenever i turn on new timeline feature , audio call feature stops working, have to uninstall and install to make it work and not enable that new feature. Dont enable new time line feature if you want calling to work.. Please ring fix it let us know .. is there way to file this issue ? it is very obvious !
