3 stars: Up till about two updates ago the app worked great onphones and tablets. After the update a little before June 15, 2019 The app stopped working with phones. Even tried to install it on my wifes android phone and it crashes before I can do anything with it. At the moment it still works with my tablet, but if that stops i'm in real trouble.
3 stars: wont work with the Connect series of lock. app and documentation are both failing to match the actual lock responses, including manual code setups. oddly enough, the Samsung hub is talking to it with limited functionality. mechanical installation went smoothly and as expected. 10 minutes to install mechanical. 1 hour and still not set up for software.
3 stars: After the June 17, 2019 update the app crashes at launch on my Note 4. I reported it with that option as well. Previously no issues with the app.
5 stars: Easy to use, convenient. No need to give out a ton of keys in order to have friends assist in times of emergency. love the notifications!
4 stars: Encode: 1) not clear that a guest only has access within bluetooth distance. Thats fine but was frustrating to figure out. 2) virtual key users can change their name on their app/login but i can't change their name back on the admin side- so they're coming up with cute names, and i don't remember who they are... can't change them as i add them.
