4 stars: This app is super convenient to use, but please bring back the opportunity to have everything sent through Smile. Now, I have to add things to my cart, then remember to go out to my browser and get into Amazon Smile and checkout from there. I placed a larger order today without remembering, and a charity could have benefitted from my purchase. It was automatic for awhile and now the feature doesn't exist.
3 stars: as far as the app goes, it is great. problem is there is no way to opt out of Amazon Shipping. Amazon Shipping and some of the tricky product discriptions and the fake reviews are the only thing that brings the app down and the only reasons i have considered removing this app.
3 stars: App is easy to use. Very descriptive and includes specs of objects. Customer service is 50% unhelpful and or just plain rude. Product delivery tends to be inaccurate. Package is marked as delivered, but many times, it hasn't been delivered yet. this tends to be an issue when there are important packages that get delayed during crucial times.
3 stars: The sort by price function is useless. removes almost all the results when sorting low to high. Also on high to low it does not show all the results to the lowest price. I have ended up not buying from Amazon because of this on a number of occasions. For international buyers, the app does not have function of filtering eligible to ship to region, so you have to scroll through to find what is eligible.
