5 stars: great app, the goals and achievements and seeing what is going on with your health was such a great motivator! could use some help in the support chat area, somewhat hard to follow if others are having a full conversation with each other. Would And have recommended this app to others!

5 stars: Excellent app! a massive help for those wanting to quit smoking. The community is mostly friendly and members have a lot of advice which they share regularly. You can share your progress with others and get to see how each other is doing. There are chat rooms/communities for all languages and switching between is very easy I highly recommend this app
