5 stars: There many places you can get opinions on the subject but there are very few places one can get great, clear, concise professional information regarding pastry arts. I look forward to each issue. They are a pleasure to read and a valuable resource to refer back to.
5 stars: I truly enjoyed reading the first issue. it fills the hole in my life, left by the loss of Pastry Art and Design magazine. And to a lesser degree Food Arts as well. I like magazines and prefer to read in that format rather than searching for content myself on the web or some chef/restaurant website. Keep it coming!
