5 stars: Very intuitive functionality makes it easy to find a show you want to see at a price you want to pay. Couldn't be easier to pick up tickets from their employees outside the theater - avoiding the 'will call' line is huge.

4 stars: Really easy to use was able to buy and pick up tickets no problem. My only feedback is that it would be good if for the rush tickets you could select your own seats from the ones avaliable instead of being automatically allocated them
