4 stars: I'm using this App for almost 2 months now. everything works fine, except for the Salik account which i can't change in the app. initially i had 1 Salik account which belongs to my cousin. now i have a car of my own n a new salik account, but unfortunately i just can't replace the new account with the old one. there are no options at all. can you help me?
3 stars: the app needs improvement as it stops working suddenly and we have to reinstall the app again. this happens quite often and is very annoying when you are in an emergency or urgent meeting at the same time the app stops working. this has also lead to parking fine many times which is not the fault of the user rather the app.
