4 stars: I love this phone, but,...some things are very hard to do, or get into. (Like making, remembering a good password, without being hassled by your own phone. There should be a area in the phone where it'll tell you your password without anyone else being able to get to it, or see it.) That,...WOULD BE (SOOOO COOL.)
5 stars: I use the Samsung expert help today and I love it. Hongie J help me trouble shooting my phone. Because I was new at this, I didnt know anything...the person went step by step with me. It was easy for me to understand and even explain when I needed understanding this stuff. However the trouble was not from my phone...it was from an app I am using.
