3 stars: What happened to tickets on devices. You had or, and now it's gone, again, even from your website? Please explain this to your customer base. I swear, you all have the hardest time trying to keep yourself updated to technology.
5 stars: I love the app, the bus smells weird and is constantly delayed and cancelled. The service help desk is wonderful, but has no resources, but it's useful if u have to take a bus at midnight for cheep:)
5 stars: I am a Greyhound driver. This app is useful to myself as well as passengers. I can show them in real time where their connections are, what their options are on travel times and the prices. Very cool app,we get a lot of compliments on it.
