3 stars: This is good app. But have some issues with this app. This app gives us fake cupons. Once we get habituated to this app then they automatically raise prices which now a days charging for me are more than ola and uber. Pls cheak up all this issue
5 stars: You are never alone when you got rapido.. safe and secure... Within budget.. but It has to expand it's coverage outside city limits
3 stars: Live updates is not accurate even after the captain arrives the location it will be stuck in the time it's showed while booking the ride and it will never change which is annoying
4 stars: Tracking vehicle is very poor, just imagine and observe Uber and ola tracking system and fix it as per that, other than that all services is good
