3 stars: GPS should not stay on constantly while the app is open. The app design could use a refresh as well. The mobile site is better and contains the same information.
5 stars: To make apointments. Easy..i love this app.for me i have had only one apointment gone bad..the actual facilty failed to comply with my request.but after contacting the area manager of this location store.my comments were heard.and resolved.true customer service.was this managers way of life.we actualy talked by cell phones and he replied if ever a problem ..he would take care of any issues..
5 stars: I was very anxious when I had to bring my car into a new Firestone Dealership. As a single senior Im always afraid Im going to be takin to the cleaners. Im happy to say that Torrence lelt me feeling confident and comfortable . Im actually looking forward to my next vist. I will also encourage my women friends to visit, as well.
4 stars: I love the App but it always closes either the mileage or maintenance in the first 10 seconds forcing me to re-enter everything if not saved/entered in under a few seconds. I have 2 cars entered and it has always done this. Please fix this as it's driving me crazy to have to wait for it to close itself before I can go back in and enter data. Same issue- multiple phones.
