3 stars: Good day! Overall the app seems very convenient, but on my Android 8.1.0 translation into English works only on 1st level layer - sections. But when I dive deeper to separate goods, it's on Georgian with no option to translate into English. On other Android phones of my friends, including version 11, the problem persists. However, there is no such problem on iPhone.
3 stars: Don't use the mobile money options ever somee times the payment doesn't process even though you've already sent the money. Also glovo, you really need to get more active carriers cause there's a lot of orders that are just not being picked up because the carriers are either not doing their job or not available.
2 stars: Too often, delivery times show half of the real time it takes to deliver them. After talking to couriers, i found out that glovo gives them multiple orders at the same time, that have to be delivered to opposite sides of the city. Either fix this, so that couriers get orders that have dropoff points close to each other, or at least display courier's other dropoff points on the map to avoid confusion and incorrect blame of the courier.
